This event is being held at two different times: 11am-12:30pm & 2pm-3:30pm
Spend the afternoon basking in the serenity of Sky Pond retreat, a little slice of paradise in Apex, NC, as we bathe in sound and journey away from the external world, deepening into the world within. Find rest and rejuvenation as you reconnect and realign with your innermost core, heart’s wisdom, and center of Being. Combining the healing techniques of sound healing and reiki, this immensely restful and immersive session will energize your body, mind and soul. We will spend an hour resting in savasana, bathing in the healing frequencies of binaural beats, crystal and himilayan bowls, drum, chimes, gong, tuning forks and more (depending on the monthly configuration), with 15 minutes before and after for grounding, centering, and reassimilating. There is ample time to journey within and bring all of the richness back out with you, with a chance to share and journal at the end as well if desired.
*An optional additional 30 minutes of outdoor restoration time is permitted after the session to enjoy the magical grounds and connect with beautiful Mother Earth (for a total of a 2 hour session). Join me for tea, bring your favorite book, connect with the other group members, take a walk around the pond, or whatever rejuvenates your soul!

Sarah Myles is an ICRT-certified Reiki Master, ICRT-certified Karuna Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer through the Center of Light Institute, as well as a lifelong songwriter and musician. She practices Reiki and Sound healing sessions for individual clients at Alewah Sound in Wake Forest and is an ongoing student of advanced sound techniques and shamanic studies. Her passion is in keeping energy fields flowing so clients may come into full alignment with their Highest Selves and expanded consciousness and live more peaceful, passionate, and fulfilled lives.
